{spaghetti night!}
{Now that Brady isn't taking a morning nap anymore, we typically go for a long walk every morning after dropping the girls off at school & stop off at the park to play for a bit. However, there's not usually time to get Brady dressed before leaving the house...wearing a jacket over footie jammies at the park is okay when you're one, right?!}
{I just had to snap this picture at the park one morning of my friend Jessica holding Brady--proof that he allowed someone other than me or Derek to hold him for once!}
{Shelby has been reading chapter books independently for a couple of years now, but I never realized there was such a learning curve for being able to self-select novels independently. She typically always stayed in the picture book section to pick out books on her own (because that was more comfortable for her/what she was used to) but would always happily read any novels I picked out for her. Long story short, she got over the hump and is now LOVING sitting in the aisles of the chapter book sections pouring over the books to find the ones she likes.}
{I think she found a few she likes, ha!}
{The library is our happy place!}
{Tooth #5 is gone!}
{Brady almost always has one of these little cars in his hands and will turn anything into a "track" for them--the ottoman, Mommy's arms, the window sill, you name it!}
{We've had the train tracks from our train table put away for the last several months since Brady started pulling up and wreaking havoc on the tracks. We decided to bring them back out to see how Brady would do them now, but all three kiddos have had the best time creating with them on the floor.}
{Clearly someone isn't quite ready for the tracks to be back on the train table.}
{first bowl of cereal with milk & a spoon}
{A sweet little boy from Hadley's class walked home with us two days last week & hung out with us for a couple of hours while his mama volunteered in our school's holiday shop. These two kiddos had so much fun together!}
{Baking is the way to this girl's heart!}
{Derek was able to stay home one day last week so I could chaperone Shelby's field trip. It was a fun day!}
{Enjoying the light display at the Ethel M. Chocolates Factory}
Today we're busying gearing up for our last week of school before the break--it should be a fun one! Christmas, here we come!
