Shelby & Santa

We took Shelby to see Santa this past weekend at our local mall. She did wonderfully! She was a little nervous sitting with a complete stranger, so we couldn't get a smile out of her. But I thought this picture was so sweet of her looking up at Santa Claus!
Click HERE to see Shelby's first meeting with Santa last year. What a difference a year makes--last year, she was so itty bitty and now we have such a big girl on our hands! I wonder what our visit with Santa will be like next year. There was a two year-old in line to see Santa right behind Shelby, and she looked like she was about to pop at any given second. We were thrilled that there was no freaking out or tears from Shelby this year, but we'll see what next year brings!

And on a totally unrelated note {but something I might like to remember later}, I think this is only the fourth time in Shelby's 14.5 months of life that she has actually worn shoes..ha! ;)
