Our Week with Grammy & Grampy

In just a few short days, we'll be picking Auntie Em up from the airport for her first visit to San Antonio! So I figured I better hurry up & get all of our pictures from Grammy & Grampy's visit up on the blog already! :)

The Alamo!
We made a quick trip downtown one evening to see the Alamo & the Riverwalk, but I didn't get any pictures at the Riverwalk.

We had a rare cool & cloudy morning, so it was the perfect day to take my parents' to Fiesta Farm--a cute little local farm about 3 or 4 miles from our house.

I absolutely LOVE this picture b/c of how excited Hadley is to be waving at Grampy as we passed him on the hayride :)

These next couple of pictures were taken by Grampy when they came to drop Shelby off for school one morning. This was their first time visiting her new school!

Since Shelby had so much fun with the shaving cream & cornstarch at school, we recreated the fun at home one afternoon :)

We had the best week with Grammy & Grampy, and it really made it feel more like "home" here having our first visitors in our new house! We were very sad to see Grammy & Grampy go, but it was so nice to already have other visits on the books to look forward to! Auntie Em will be here before we know it, then our first Halloween in Texas, and then November will be here & we'll be Georgia-bound for Thanksgiving!!
