Those two teeth have been loose for the longest time! I took the girls to the dentist about three weeks ago, and they had the hardest time getting Shelby's x-rays because ever time they asked her to bite down her teeth would move. By the time her exam was done, her front teeth were bleeding and they even sent her home with a special little container b/c they didn't think her teeth would make it through the day. They have been so loose, but they just didn't want to come out. Finally, Derek pulled the looser of the two on Saturday afternoon.
After the first one was gone, the second was practically hanging on by a thread. So Derek pulled that one before we left for church on Sunday morning.
Shelby was just thrilled to no end to be able to walk into church without her two front teeth! And then again on Monday morning when we went to school! It's pretty exciting to lose both of your front two teeth at almost the same time!! It simultaneously makes her seem so big yet so little to me. I feel like we have to take an insane amount of pictures of her while her front teeth are still missing--it seems like such a milestone!
