Not much has changed since Brady's six month post {HERE} except he's getting around much faster. He still hasn't figured out how to do the traditional crawl, but he's not doing the army crawl anymore either--he's got an inch worm type crawl that he does now, ha! He's getting faster & faster every day! We have to be VERY diligent about making sure the girls clean up their toys & books off of the floor b/c he is just all over the place now, and we've had to rearrange our toys so that only baby-safe toys are at the bottoms of shelves where Brady can reach.
As you can see in the picture below, Brady found the girls' basket of Barbies.
The picture below is blurry, but I had to include it--this was the face Brady made when we caught him red-handed! ;)
This past weekend, we had gorgeous weather so we let the girls ride their bikes up to the park. We played for a while & had a picnic dinner. Brady actually tolerated the stroller for a bit (which is big deal b/c I'm almost always wearing him!) & felt grass for the first time!
And lastly, Brady has very recently discovered that when I lay him down in his crib for naps and/or bedtime that he can just sit right back up. And if he sits up, he doesn't lay back down--noooooo! The girls never did this, so this was a new phenomenon for us! I know this phase will be short-lived & the novelty of realizing he can sit up in his crib will soon wear off, but we're ready to get back into his regular sleep routine!
