Memorial Day Weekend in Tucson!

We went to Tucson over Memorial Day Weekend to visit the Robbins family, and we had the best time!! We made the trek to Tucson on Friday and got checked into our hotel, and then we met up with Bret, Jenny, and their girls on Saturday morning at the Saguaro National Park. Aside from spending copious amounts of time with our friends, seeing these giant cacti was the only thing on Derek's to do list for this trip....and we saw plenty of them!!! We also made a visit to the Tucson zoo & children's museum while we were in town. It was a such a fun trip!

The four grown ups :)  Words cannot express how thankful we are for these two & their friendship that has withstood the test of time & distance! From boys playing basketball together after school to girls waiting in line for NSYNC CD's to be released at midnight to college roomies to ROTC to standing up next to our friends watching them say their vows to having babies...these are our people!
