We had Good Friday off from school & Derek's travel ban was FINALLY lifted, so we decided to take a quick little trip to Waco! We were only there for two nights and we squeezed in lots of fun--of course a visit to Magnolia & the Silos {a little underwhelming for us, but at least we got cupcakes!}, the Cameron Park zoo {it was the perfect zoo day & the animals were so active!}, the Waco Mammoth National Monument, our first meal at Torchy's, and our first dessert at Tiff's Treats! As you'll see in the pictures below, the girls were super excited to finally be getting to take their new suitcases on their first trip! They were a Christmas gift from Grammy & Grampy, and they've been so anxious to use them! We let them pack themselves entirely for this trip, and they did a great job! We got home around lunchtime on Sunday just in time for some Easter fun!
