November 2022

These pictures uploaded out of order, but we're going to just go with it! First up is a picture my mom snapped of us in our matching Christmas jammies when she was here over Thanksgiving.

A few pics of the kids helping us decorate the Christmas tree before my parents arrived. They had so much fun going through all of the ornaments and remembering when we made them or the trip we were on when we bought them....so many special memories! The salt dough ornaments we make year after year are some of the kids' very favorites. From the minute we brought them out of the box of Christmas stuff, Brady asked when we would make them this year. So we already broke down and made a batch just for him. ;)

Brady checked out a few drawing books from the library and had so much fun giving it a try! He now has these dinosaur drawings proudly hanging next to his bed.

Very proud of the first medal he's ever earned after his first season of basketball with Dada as his coach.

Exploring what's frozen at the bank of the Eagle River in our neighborhood...

{matching Polar Express jammies for the win!}

{Brady lost his first tooth!}

I had just gotten into my car after a conference with Hadley's teacher after school one afternoon, and backed out of my parking space to see this guy.

While there were certainly lots of happy moments in November, this month also brought a lot of sickness to our house. We were all so very thankful to be healthy by the time my parents arrived for Thanksgiving! And here we are at the start of the first full week of December as I type this post, and we already have Shelby home sick from school today. Sigh. Tis the season!
