I can't believe it, but here we are at FOUR months old!!! I put the girls' four month pics below Brady's for comparison's sake. :)

We had Brady's four month well visit today--75th percentile for weight, 88th percentile for length, & 63rd percentile for head circumference. He weighed in slightly less than his sisters at this age but measured a bit longer. The girls were both 17 pounds & 10 oz at 4 months, and Brady was 16 pounds and 4 ounces. The girls were both a little over 25 inches & Brady was a little over 26.
Brady's smile in this pic reminds me of Shelby's smile in the pic below of her at 2 months old

This past month has been a fun one! We've been hearing laughs & squeals, and it's just so good for the soul! Brady has also started rolling over in the past week or so, which has made things interesting! I had to look back through my old posts to confirm this, but Shelby wasn't rolling over until nearly 10 months! Crazy!! The girls never slept on their tummies as little babies, but Brady has been rolling over as soon as I put him down in his crib lately. And since he hasn't figured out how to roll back to his tummy, he's been sleeping almost exclusively on his tummy!
When I watch this video back, all I can think is poor Brady--he's got three little mommies all smothering him with love. ;)
Brady is really the most content, laid-back little brother. As long as you don't try to put him in a stroller or his car seat, he's as good as gold! He has despised his car seat from day one, just like his big sisters did. Now that he's getting a bit older, the crying is definitely subsiding in the car seat...but he still is sure to let us know he's not happy about being in there. ;) His happy place is being strapped to me in the carrier or being outside.
I have no idea why but Derek started referring to Brady as "Bucky" shortly after he was born, and that nickname seems to have stuck. And again, I have no idea why, but the girls started calling him "Kevin" in the past month, and that has also stuck. Hadley typically refers to him as "our Kevin." ;) Regardless of what we call you, we all love you to pieces!!!
