And now for some snapshots of regular life in February....
{Brady is showing off his hard work on his hand-made Valentines for his friends at school}
{And this is what Brady's Valentine-making looked like by the end...hand-making 40ish Valentines is a LOT of work for a 4 year old! Since Brady attends school all 5 days, he had a LOT of Valentines to make as he was celebrating Valentine's Day with the 2-day class and the 3-day class + his 6 teachers}
I wish I would have gotten a picture of Hadley with her Valentines for her classmates, but she knocked them out lightning fast! She wrote a hand-written note to each classmate + crocheted each person their own bracelet. Shelby made an acrostic poem for each person in her class. I love that they each made such personalized Valentines that were so uniquely suited to their strengths + personalities.
I made cute little Valentines for my class as well + a lot of them gifted me candy or a small gift. But below is a picture of my favorite gift, hands-down. A little girl in my class gave me a gift of her very own treasures...can you even?!
{Every day on our way home Brady likes to finish his snack from school}
{This is how Brady does his laundry every.single.time. He gets his dump truck--that actually belonged to Derek when he was little!--and loads his clean clothes in the truck & wheels it to his bedroom.}
