I'm probably posting waaaay too many pictures of our "Snowpocalypse" (as it known around these parts), but we may not see snow again in a very long time...so here we go!
Two things that Brady did a lot of during our Snow Week at home--sleep & eat snow! ;) Every time I turned around when we were outside, he was eating snow or sucking on an icicle. We went for a couple snowy walks in our neighborhood, and we were always waiting on Brady to catch up to us because he kept stopping to eat more snow, ha!
We have a retention area in the back of our neighborhood, which ended up being the perfect little hill for us to sled on & made a great location for snowball fights. Of course this Southern fam doesn't have sleds--but plastic lids to our wreath containers worked like a charm!
We played LOTS of games during Brady's long afternoon naps (Catan is a new favorite at our house!), warmed up by the fire (and dried our snow clothes by the fire too since we were either conserving energy/water or we had no electricity/water, ha!), and drank lots of hot chocolate (even if we had to make it with our propane camping stove!).
