Four Books

These aren't necessarily my "top" four favorite books of all time or anything, but they are four books I have recently read and would definitely recommend..

4. The last book I finished was The Help. I loved it! And I thought the movie was an excellent portrayal of the book. I actually think I might want to go see it again!
3. The book I am currently reading is In Praise of Stay-At-Home Moms. I just started it, but so far it's good. If you are a stay-at-home mama, I would encourage you to read it!

2. Any book by Nicholas Sparks..I read Safe Haven most recently, which I mentioned here.

1. Little Bee. This isn't the "typical" genre of books I read, but I really enjoyed it!
I just remembered this was actually on my summer reading list last summer, but I just got around to reading it while we were at the beach this summer. Oops! Another book that was on last year's summer reading list but didn't get read until this summer was Laura Bush's autobiography..I really enjoyed that one, too! I always think it's fascinating to see the world from someone else's perspective. Okay, and I just realized that In Praise of Stay-At-Home Moms was on my list from last summer, too. Apparently, I didn't do a whole lot of reading last year! Ha!
