Now that the preschool & Mother's Morning Out programs are out of school for summer, our playgroup is gearing up again! We got together with a bunch of our playgroup friends this morning at Ft. Maurepas in Ocean Springs where they have a playground and little splashpad. Shelby is usually pretty timid around splashpads, but I was thrilled she was brave enough to venture into this one! {Truthfully, I coaxed her in by telling her she could drink the water from the fountains like she drinks water from the hose & that was all it took! Ha!} We had such a fun morning with our sweet friends, but it is no joke getting two kids & myself out the door for an event like this. I had to pack our water gear, sunscreen, dry clothes to change into, a picnic lunch, nursing cover, stroller, baby carrier for Hadley...but it was so worth it! Shelby had a blast, Hadley slept in the carrier most of the time, and I got to catch up with some wonderful friends! And the best part was that once we got home, I didn't have to mess with lunch. It was straight to naptime for both girls! :) Here are a few pictures of our fun morning!
