Last Day at Disney World: Epcot & Magic Kingdom

Our last morning at Disney World was spent at Epcot. We started off our day with our princess breakfast in Norway! Here are Shelby & Grammy before our breakfast.

The wait to see them was 4.5 HOURS long!! Craziness! There was no way we would even think about waiting in a line that long, but someone gave us a heads-up that if you went through the gift shop
you could sneak a peek at them...and sure enough, we could! Thankfully, that was just enough to please Shelby! :)

Meeting Jasmine for the first time b/c we missed her last year! Shelby LOVED talking to Jasmine! Jasmine asked her if she came to Disney World on a magic carpet, and Shelby told her a whole long story about how there is an episode of Super Why with flying carpets. ;)  Then Shelby told Jasmine that Cinderella was really pretty. ;)  We all died laughing about that! Thankfully, Jasmine was a good sport and told Shelby how she was friends with Cinderella. ;)

After the girls' naps, we headed back to Magic Kingdom for our final night at Disney World! We tried to get a few more family photos, but the girls were pretty much OVER pictures by this point in the trip! Ha! On our last night we didn't do many rides, but we achieved our main goal which was souvenirs for Shelby & me. We had told Shelby all week she could pick out something on the last day to bring home. She chose a stuffed Lambie from Doc McStuffins character set...she made two very good choices! Lambie has slept with her every night since coming home from Disney World, and she plays with the character set ALL.THE.TIME.  I picked out a 2014 Disney World ornament for our Christmas tree. :)

We had the most wonderful trip to Disney World! I had a lot of reservations about going again this year with Hadley at this age, but I'm so thankful we went! We made so many wonderful memories! And I love that our girls got to experience it with their Grammy & Grampy again! Here's one last picture that my Dad snapped of Shelby with the Mickey Mouse statue in our hotel.

Since we'll be in San Antonio for the next two years and we'll be much farther away from Orlando, we probably won't make it back to Disney World until we're living back a bit closer. Hard to believe the next time we go we might have a 4 and 6 year old!
