Hadley: 8 Months!

As usual, here is a very belated post for our sweet Hadley Mae!

But I am very proud of myself b/c even though this post is a couple of weeks late, the pictures were actually taken very close to her monthly birthday for a change! I think we were actually only 2 days late this month! ;)  It's hard to believe we only have 4 more months until this sweet girl is ONE! I think the time definitely goes by faster for the 2nd baby!!

Here is what Miss Hadley is up to these days....

--Over Thanksgiving, Grammy spotted your first tooth coming through on the bottom!!

--Still babbling like crazy...you love saying "mama" over & over again, which of course I love! ;)

--Sleeping like a champ!!!! We were a little worried about how you would sleep while we were out of town for Thanksgiving, but as it turned out we had NOTHING to worry about!

--We finally moved you out of your infant bathtub to a bath seat...you & your big sister both LOVE it b/c you get to take baths together every evening after dinner.

--Still eating GREAT! You often refuse your bedtime bottle b/c you are completely full from dinner. Of course, that stressed Mommy & Daddy out at first b/c we were worried you wouldn't sleep through the night without a bottle before bed. But we're still learning {8 months later & counting} how different you & your big sister are. Shelby never ate much, so she needed  that bedtime bottle...but you are our good eater, so you sleep just fine--bottle or no bottle! :)

--Mostly in 9 & 12 month clothes and size 4 diapers. 

--If you are ever grumpy {which is almost never!!}, we can put your belly on top of our head and you laugh & laugh & laugh.
--Just like your big sister, you are showing absolutely no signs that crawling is anywhere in our future. Thank goodness! ;)  I know I will be EXHAUSTED once I'm chasing after 2 crazy girls!
--Your eyes are still bright blue! When Shelby was your age, her eyes were the same shade of blue but they've since changed to hazel. We keep waiting to see if your eyes will stay blue like your Daddy's or if they'll change. But for now, you're a red-headed, blue-eyed beauty!  
--You are still the most easy-going, go with the flow, content little baby.
